Terms of Service

  1. Each pack of My Name’5 Doddie Christmas cards come with 5 cards and 5 envelopes.
  2. The maximum packs per order is 10. Should you wish to purchase more than 10 a separate order must be placed.
  3. Your order will be shipped within 3 working days of your purchase and will be sent 2nd Class via Royal Mail. Please be aware that ongoing and repeated Royal Mail strikes may cause a delay to your order reaching you and we appreciate your patience during this time.
  4. An email will be sent to you confirming your order has been placed, and a further email will be sent to confirm your order has been shipped.
  5. Should your cards arrive faulty please contact us via . We will ask you to provide photographic evidence of this fault and will happily replace the cards. Should there be a lack of stock, a full refund can be provided.
  6. Cards can only be ordered via our website to a UK postal address. If you live overseas and wish to purchase the cards, please contact us directly via so we can provide you with a direct shipping quote. This quote will include any custom charges Royal Mail will charge. It is then the customers responsibility to pay any further custom charges out with this.
  7. We offer a 7-day refund policy which begins from the date you received the goods. Please contact us directly via to request your refund. We will then provide a returns label via email which will have to be used within 48 hours. Once the items have been received back to the Foundation we will contact you to arrange a full refund.
